Told me 20% restock fee on my 565.36 before tax item. Got back 424.02 before tax equal to 33 Percent. Also was told \I could not take this back if I wanted to\ I didn't want to argue risking my item to be DENIED RETURN Unbelievable and unacceptable

Very slow service. Although they have most things other hardware stores don’t carry, you cannot get a quick service.
Went in today for the first time. Needed some replacement screws of an exact size. Staff was extremely helpful, found what I needed in no time. You've earned a repeat customer!
Been here a few times. This store never has any nuts or bolts in stock. An industrial speciality store with no hardware? They always referred me to carquest across the street. Luckily carquest sourced hardware for me.
