3 Weeks ago I was travelling on highway 416 at around 4 AM. I felt a strong tug on my vehicle, then another. I looked in my mirror to see my trailer moving from left to right while driving at 115km. I pulled over carefully and temporarily attached my trailer. I drove 8 - 10 km an hour for about 1 hour till I finally found an exit. I saw a light in the distance. Once I got there, it was the only business around. This was Camp Town RV. I sat there from 5:30 am till 8 am when one of the employees arrived to open the gate. I got out and asked if he could help me. He not only helped me, he fixed it, made sure it was secure, then told me to have a nice day. No charge. For anyone reading this, this is what a real business and customer relations is all about. I have told many many people about this amazing experience. I will not hesitate to go there for any future purchases. I want to personally thank that man for taking the time to make a difference in my life. May God bless you sir. Sincerely Stephen

First time buyers. My husband and I have been to more RV dealerships over the last couple of weeks than we can count. We chose to go with Camp Town RV in the end simply because they were great to deal with and the price was right. John the sales rep was awesome, we never felt any pressure to buy. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. John was engaged with us from beginning to end and along with his team made what had otherwise become a bit of a nightmare shopping experience into a rather pleasant experience. Joe the general manager even offered to personally deliver the unit and he could not have been more helpful putting us in the best fit for our needs. Being brand new to the RV world we are grateful to have dealt with these guys as otherwise we most certainly would have regretted settling with an RV that just wasn't going to fit the bill. We feel confident that we came away with exactly the right RV for our family. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we finalized the purchase with Reem the finance woman, we felt looked after and appreciated. I am very happy with our purchase and look forward to having our RV that might I add is being delivered at no extra charge.

Excellent customer service. Had a great experience with sales and service. Had some awning issues while on vacation in Banff and Jonathan the service manager sent us lots information by email, actual awning pictures and stayed on the phone until our issue was fixed. Followed up next day to ensure everything is working well. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Amazing experience. My husband and I went in one day looking for a small trailer. We were shown a variety of trailers and found a perfect one for us. The price was great and the sales person did a fabulous job. The finance department was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They explained everything very clearly for us and made the process quick and easy. The trailer was ours within a week. The service manager was also very helpful and friendly. He stayed late for our arrival and gave us a very detailed walk through of the trailer and made it easy for a first time owner. After a few uses we discovered minor issues and the service team was quick to solve every item on our list without hassle. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!
