It's just incredibly unorganized. How is possible not provide uniform on time. Any school supposed to start same time every year. plus, when I order(they didn't have any before beginning of new school year) they clearly told me it takes maxiam 2 week. It already passed 2 week, I called just now. They even don't have any idea about when it will arrive. We can buy only from this shop. So of course they don't need to work properly. There is no competitor . I don't know how much they paid to be a shop for public school's uniform. Should be someone received nice money under the table.

We really go there cause we have no choice. Service is really slow. You need to have an appointment to get served. We ordered shoes for our son since they didn't have his size.. and there ordered the wrong size!! Then we we are told too bad, next order is in 6 months. We ended up having to buy ugly shoes that our son hated. Great way to start the new school year : (
If I could give less than one star, I would. It's a shame they have the monopoly on many school uniforms. They certainly don't deserve it. I'm not one to complain about everything but the Customer Service does not help in any way. Calling is not an alterrnative. Phones are not working anywhere and no one is answering at the Dunbar store all morning. No samples available in shoes for our school during an early July visit meant a guessing game and to top things off the shoe was given to us in men's size and not women's. The staff in the store at Dunbar was fine. But they need to polish their act as far as Customer support and supply. Oh and don't bother with emails - they are not answered. Vent over. It's time for a 3rd trek across town.
Hi, the service in this place is awful, the girl was very unprofessional, I placed an order and never received. I have to come back to the store again. The manager, I know is the manager because I asked her, was lost in the cash register, she has to call two more girls to do my purchase. Never apologize to me, and the manager raise her voice to me when I was leaving. I only buy the uniform here because i don't have OTHER option. VERY BAD SERVICE. Owner! do something!
Least organized/efficient store I have ever seen (except for hemming the pants which was done quickly).
Not able to provide uniforms in adequate time for the start of school. This is what you do !! Poor planning by management. Ridiculous that as parents we need to chase after them for the uniforms and alterations.
We ordered some uniform in May and now we are in August and we still didn't receive it
They have 1cashier .in a Saturday.fews days before the school opens ..one of the busiest days.
