From my experience, all staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Masks were worn by all customers and associates. Sarah was the one who retrieved my winnings from the auction and she was very pleasant to interact with. She retrieved my items in a very timely fashion.

I have bought some interesting furniture and decorative pieces at Love’s. Recently though I bought some things at the Amazon sales. Almost everything turned out to be either damaged or in some cases did not work at all. Obviously Amazon is blowing off things they are unable to re sell for a reason. Buyer beware but as far as I’m concerned the gamble is not worth it. A total waste of money. Great staff !

I used to enjoy going to this auction house. But now I believe it's rigged. They will no longer have in house bidding, and now with their claim to Covid rules, you bid on things online that have a min bid, plus their fees, not a bargain. Prices I paid last year, tripled this year. Things are so packed impossible to inspect for damages, they don't list damages.Couch I purchased had a dead rat skeleton in it! I saw item I bid on relisted in 3 different auctions not possible 3 identical items with same damage. They are rough with the items, one item had no scratches when I looked at it, then when I went for pick up, scratches! people who sell complain how they got next to nothing for their stuff. Time for a new and FAIR Auction house.
