Very courteous and helpful team - right from security personnel to counter service. My road test examiner was also a very pleasant person who clearly explained everything in detail. Very good experience!

Very bad experience staff was not friendly and they make you more stress i got a lady for my practice exams she was rude and evertime i had to ask where should I go because she was busy listening to the radio and asked me to put the Ac on its like she was enjoying herself very bad experience i request you to do the exams in SAAQ saint jean sur richelieu the staff is friendly.

Went to pass my road test here last week, I was very happy to see they followed all protocols related to CoVid and social distancing guidelines!The staff was super friendly and professional. If you plan on going make sure to take an appointment on their website

Good service from reception and security, but incompetent evaluators, apparently they hire anyone regardless of their behaviour. I absolutely despised the unprofessionalism of my evalutor today who made a racist remark and blamed another driver's mistake on me and failed me because of it. Absolutely horrible experience

Bad service, rude, incompetent staff, the place was empty. Went today February 5th to open a file for me and my sister. We are PRs in Quebec. They told us that we can’t have one because we’re not Canadian citizens and we were asylum seekers ( and I told her a million times we weren’t). She told me that I have to call to get an appointment to get rid pf me and she basically invented her rules so she can deny us the service
