I took my wife's 9 year old Trek bike to be checked and serviced. They were very helpful and friendly. They did not try and sell me service I did not need. The chain needed to be replaced and a minor tune up. I was expecting to have the major tune up done and was prepared to pay for that. I took the bike on Wednesday at noon and it was ready the next day. Was not expecting that. I would say a very good place for bike repairs or purchase. Gord Rayner

Bike fitting done by Aidan was well done and very personalized and very professional. I can see that he is truly passionate about his work. I drove from Windsor to get properly sized because our city lacks this service and will definitely come back for other purchases. I recommend for any bike purchase is to get professionally sized and have The Trek store in London perform this task. Keep up the good work! I will recommend your store to my friends!
Knowledgeable, friendly service. I had a query about rigging my new bike to a trainer a day after purchasing in-store, and your staff through Facebook were very helpful in taking the time to answer my questions. P.S., the bike rides like a dream (Verve 1 Disc Hybrid). So very happy with this purchase; very worth the drive to London to pick up.
Excellent service from a great group of people. We have purchased 5 bikes from the London Trek Store ranging from a Slash 8 to 2 kids Precalibers. Same great experience every time. No matter if you are a novice or a \Pro\ you will get the same great no pressure help to choose what is best for you. Personally love my ProCaliber 6. Set up tubeless before I picked it up by the skilled mechanics behind the scenes. Thanks guys for a great experience.
