Mark and Brad were the technicians that worked in our home. From the moment they arrived to the time they left, they were friendly and professional. Informed us of every step they were taking. I have to young children and they were right in their business. What is this what is that etc. Both Mark and Brad were patient and entertained all of the their questions. These people call up at random and a lady on the phone says that's they need to check your vents and furnace at no charge. Then they say they want to set up an appointment. After saying no thank you they push and say its the law. These people target elderly people that don't know better and they are a scam. They don't care about people itself just to make money. Beware I don't know how they get peoples information when we have no products or services with them! They just randomly call you!
We recently moved and booked a service from Platinum Air Care to clean out our dusty vents. Our assigned technicians Brad and Mark were on time, courteous and very professional. I would recommend their great service to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned.

The technicians were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They pointed out evidence that the ducts had never been cleaned, showed us the detritus, deduced from its appearance that there had been a wood burning fireplace at some point (true) and clearly understood the way our vents were connected. We noticed a tremendous difference in the air quality the same day. They were very efficient They arrived sooner than expected and had the whole job done in under an hour, leaving no trace of their visit. They even took the time to try and calm our insanely protective dog (and were understanding when it didn't quite work as well as we had hoped). Some companies focus on uniforms and such to give the \appearance\ of professionalism. Eddie & Mark demonstrated it through their excellent work. We discovered #PlatinumAirCare through an Ad Saver coupon, which made the price very reasonable, and we look forward to using their services again!
