What a great bike shop! Reliable. Incredible knowledge. So helpful, and very genuine. Can't say enough about the staff here. And if that's not enough, they are in a very convenient location vs trying to have to find parking downtown. (BTW.. the studded tires are incredible.. everything you said they were! Thank you again for the quick install.. you guys are awesome!)

We went in for winter cycling shoes, they were so helpful and brought over an assortment of options, they told us the differences for each and let us try them on. They were super helpful without being pushy. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Incredible service! Very friendly, helpful staff. I called them looking for an obscure part for a bike repair, they knew exactly what I needed and went out of their way to help. Excellent! Update: I had to take my bike to them today because I made an expensive newbie mistake. Not only did they have the part in stock, it came at a reasonable price. Total repair turnaround was only 1 day.
