Great reopening. Love the layout. Very few small changes. Looks very much the same. Booking time on the Movati app was very easy and I was able to get all the times I wanted. Update: no longer need to book times to visit. Open usage way better than needing to wait in a line or book. *you still book group classes through the app due to limited space.

This gym is good at every aspects, but I still decided to cancel my membership after being with them for three years. I really don't go to the gym a lot (like 3-4 times a month), and the only reason that keeps me paying for the membership fee is the parking lot, because I sometimes park at their parking lot and go catch the bus to school. But they wouldn’t allow it. Honestly I don’t understand how my car interfered with their business, but obviously they would rather have a single parking space than have a loyal member. This is so disappointing!!!
As a person who's been in going to gyms for a long time now . I can say that my contact with the managers were not very nice the staff were friendly and decent . The gym was clean and well kept on the surface but upon closer attention it lacks in some places , Best of luck in the future . The General Manger is lacking in some ways I would not like to say in this post .
Poor customer service and staff are rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made me frustrated and I cancel my membership after 15 min that I got it. It was terrible experience.
Terrible costumer service, is obvious that they don't care about their members satisfaction. For the price I'm paying and receiving the poor costumer service I decided to cancel my membership and go find a better gym with better management.
