Have been living in one of the units for a month now. Only complaints are: 1) delays in dryer repairs result in only 4 working dryers for my entire building a few weeks ago, and 2) “no-smoking policy” as posted by management in building lobby is not enforced. If it’s not improved by the summer, then it’ll be a deal-breaker for us to move to a truly smoke-free building. I’m tired of me and my baby breathing second-hand smoke through my window from tenants’ balconies, outdoor stairways, and folks in the parking lot below. If the situation improves, review will be updated to reflect.

Very modern building suitable for students not recommended for families as the appartments are not spacious although very elegantly furnished and luxurious
