It was my first visit to this store only because my mom needed an item there. It’s quite the place actually with many aisles with all kinds of arts and crafts items. Lots of linen and they even had clothing and candy and chips. I found the lanes were narrow but navigable nonetheless.

If you're crafty or a DIY lover then go to this store right away. The set up of the store can do better, that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 . Otherwise, almost everything you need for crafting and some home decorating ideas is there and the prices are reasonable too. One thing you have to keep in mind is that they don't do returns yet they accept exchanging items in original condition with the receipt of purchase.

Employee Roberta was very rude. Singling out certain customers wearing gloves but follow all government orders covid rules. This employee \guided\ me aggressively back to the hand sanitizer and was forced to use their hand sanitizer. No ingredients were listed on a bottle with a half ripped off lable. Being allergic to certain ingredients found in these products I've very weary of using them with out knowing the ingredients. Hand sanitizer was possible recalled. Should be asking not aggressively forcing customers to use your mystery hand sanitizer, if that's what even in the bottle. And FYI there is no local law, ruling or guidelines that force customers to wash their hands upon entering stores. Only a mask. The store its self is so old. Dusty and dirty. Wait at least an hour for fabric any day. No AC so the store is very hot in the summer. Do not recommend this store. If you have to go to the Woodstock. But they've lost my business from now on due to this aggressively rude employee

Wow! What a collection of fabrics! All colours, styles, textures and then some. But fabrics is not all that they sell. Was glad that they had foam, and any accessories you could ever want for sewing as making beautiful things. Love the variety in this store and I will certainly visit it several more times.

Len's Mill Store London went above and beyond in a recent online order that I placed. I have a daughter that is in love with sewing, I know nothing about sewing, sewing machines or how to read a pattern. They helped me organize a sewing box with materials for projects to give to my daughter on Christmas. I couldn't come into the store so they sourced out fun patterns with funky kid designs and put in ribbons, velcro, elastic, sewing scissors, buttons etc. I can't wait to see her face when she opens this gift and all because the staff at Len's Mills went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are all amazing!
