Hollandia Pools and Spas have been very helpful to me- as a new pool owner I have called several times this summer with questions related to water balance. They always take the time to answer and explain everything and are always very friendly!

Very poor customer service. Doesn't call you to let you know they messed up an order or when its coming in if its delayed to take responsibility. Doesn't clean up when they leave. Store manager isn't willing to account for errors and correct poor customer service. If they break something on your property while installing your purchase, they don't fix it.
