I wish I could leave zero stars. We called and stated we wanted to hire a taxi to transport a bed back to our home and ask how much that would be - we were quoted just under 33. They charged us 57!!!!! We called immediately and they stated according to their system we were still on the taxi ride (we obviously weren’t) and that they had no idea why we were charged 57 and to make a complaint online and a manager would call us. We received a email from a manager stating: “I reviewed your order. The quoted provided over the phone was accurate. It does cost 32.39 to your destination. There is a 10 fee when using the van for moving items. At most this trip should of been 42.39 unless there were stops or heavy traffic. I will contact the driver and resolve the matter for you” There were no additional stops - I emailed back asking why we were not informed on the phone that there was an additional charge to carry items (which we specifically stated we were doing in the original call hence why we asked for a larger vehicle), or that we were financially responsible for traffic - surely a quote is a quote. No reply. I email again about a week later for an update or resolution to the matter and once again no reply. I am disgusted that companies like this are allowed to do this to people. I will never use them ever again and good luck to anyone else who does in the future.

We used to have very good service. Today the dispatcher blatantly lied to me, saying our accessible van was on its way and now, 56 mins later, our cab has finally arrived.

I called at 1:08am... the girl on the phone said 15min wait...which was fine... a half hour later our guy still hadn’t shown up so I called the driver.. he said “two minutes” another 15 minutes went by and I called again to him saying he has no idea what we’re taking about and he had already done our trip. We were in east London and he claimed to be in North London... then he proceeded to hang up on us!! I called the cab company again and the girl just said our trip was completed when clearly it had not.. and she could call another cab but it would take another 20 minutes, not trying to make any adjustments to get us a cab right away...at this point it was past 2am and I called an UBER instead... absolutely horrible service
