The way that Kelowna Cabs has treated its workers is shameful. From threatening to replace them with an app to locking them out in the middle of a pandemic, Kelowna Cabs has shown they do not support the community. Therefore, until the workers are given a fair deal that protects their work for the foreseeable future, I will be encouraging my friends, family, colleagues, and other local businesses to stop doing business with Kelowna Cabs.

This cab drivers on 6/27/19 was rude and because I asked him if he happen to carry a air pump. Got right mouthy and denied even giving me a payed ride to the car 40 FAIR. Switching cab companies
Kelowna cabs has consistently been absolutely terrible.. or at least the drivers. The company is currently locking out their dispatchers (effectively terminating them) and sourcing their jobs out to over seas workers. Won't ever use Kelowna Cabs again.
This taxi service has a highly professional taxi dispatcher. I had to reach the bus station having 20 minutes for that. When I explained the situation to the dispatcher, she understood me. Also, she could give me an advice about whether it is possible to reach from the point of my location to my destination in the limited time. Then, literally in two minutes the taxi approached, and the taxi driver, Kuldip, could take me to the station just on time. Luckily the bus was still there, and I could reach my destination. I am surprised and thankful to them.
#47 drives dangerously, constantly changing speeds and going below the speed limit on busy roads.
