I recently made a trip to Flaman Fitness and was greeted by Nick -he answered my questions about the Max Trainer M5 and i bought it. Due to unforeseen circumstances it arrived late but when it came Ryan and Luke delivered and set up for me -i was very appreciative so thanks Flaman Fitness for great customer service ! Great cardio workout so make Flaman Fitness your choice to shop and buy :-) Thanks again -great friendly courteous staff !

Organized an out-of-town pickup of a 1500 piece of equipment via email with an associate that was away during the time of the scheduled pickup; but, he assured me that another associate would take care of this purchase and pickup. When my husband arrived at the store just passed noon it was closed for lunch and a sign on the door read it would re-open in 30 minutes. He grabbed a coffee down the street and waited 1.5hrs in the parking lot for the store to re-open. While he waited, he knocked on the door several times and called the store as well. No answer either way and the door remained locked. Left a voicemail for someone to call him back asap as he drove 1.5hrs to pick up this piece of equipment. Another 1.5hrs later, no one returned his call. So, he called again and finally spoke to the associate that we were told would help us complete this purchase. Not only did this associate have no idea what pick up arrangements my husband was talking about, he also told him the piece of equipment wasn’t even in stock! To make an infuriating situation worse, he tried to tell my husband that the store was open with 2 employees present the entire time he waited in the parking lot. A whole day wasted waiting around for nothing. Thankfully, I was able to find the same piece of equipment through another vendor and it was delivered to our home less than a week later. It's been over a week and I have received zero response from my complaint for the terrible customer service we received that day.
Great experience here! The staff is knowledgeable and the service is impeccable! I have purchased small items to large items and have even recommended family and friends. Absolutely amazing service. I have dealt with multiple staff members with great success, but Dave Gibbs has been a huge help - so I ask for him when I'm in. No matter how you slice it, you will be treated with nothing but professionalism! Highly recommended!
Staff was very well educated and helped me find just what I needed. Ran a good product demo and showed me how to use the machine I was looking at. Setting up a delivery and setup was very easy and convenient. Service workers were very effiencent and helpful. Came and assembled my home gym along with a treadmill I had purchased and showed me how to properly use it! They even took away my old treadmill and all the packaging from the new items. Will be recommending!
i usually don't write reviews about employees, but I was completely blown away by an associate by the name of Dave Gibbs. He not only was extremely knowledgable about the products carried, but gave us exceptional customer service. Very welcoming demeanour and was of great assistance to us. Will definitely be doing business with Flaman fitness again and will be recommending it to our colleagues.
Went in to grab a bunch of different weighted Dumbbells and instead of wasting my money and space on all kinds of different ones, Dave and Alex kindly redirected me towards the adjustable power block ones! Less room and way more convenient and easier! also way cheaper too! These guys aren't after your money, they actually care about your best interest and helping you save the most money possible!! Great establishment with amazing prices with an even greater set of staff! Thanks Flaman! Time to make some progress!!!
Dave at Flaman Fitness was an amazing customer service representative. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the product. I purchased a Bowflex Max Trainer M5. He told me I would love it and I do! I have had it for 3 days and I have worked out every day. I can't wait to share my progress in 2 months. Thank you Dave for making the process purchasing my Bowflex super easy and painless! I fully recommend purchasing anything here because you will get great service!
Went in looking for a specific type of exercise equipment, found the staff to be aloof to my needs and left there feeling that I had been mocked during my entire visit there. Very disappointed with the service. I felt I had more knowledge from my internet research when I walked in than any additional knowledge or confirmation of information when I was there. I have read other reviews and I'm glad to hear others had a better experience than myself. I personally will never return and have purchased my new exercise equipment from another fitness store. that gave me the attention and information I needed.
