Now understand why people are giving these 1 star rating. I was there at 8:31 Monday morning and the employee that probably all other people talking about walked in at 8:34 and locked the door after as he still need to put his away and open the gate and disarm the alarm. Those things takes about 10 minutes. I had to leave as i have work can’t keep waiting for someone irresponsible and be late for my work

Very friendly and great service. Picked up mi parcel right way after showing my ID with no issues! It was easy!
The guy working here was extremely rude. I was trying to get some basic information about shipping options and he acted completely rude to me. He had no time to provide the service I was asking and I definitely experienced the worst customer service I have ever had from a business person. I was actually in disbelief. Read the rest of the bad reviews. They are true.
