The worst experience ever, bad service. The sales lady was just rude and aggressive in a way was surprising to me, I had to leave the conversation without even trying to listen to what she is saying her tone was too aggressive. After reading good reviews maybe they have good collection but the service won’t let me think of dealing with such a place ever again. —————————————— I appreciate following up the reviews and taking care of this issue. I have been buying appliances for over 10 years from Randy at Appliance Canada. I have never had a more helpful and sincere sales person (now store manager). Since COVID started it has been so tough to get the exact appliances I want (I buy a full kitchen worth every three weeks) but Randy goes out of his way to find me something, anything that will work. I feel bad for those who find themselves waiting for the exact appliance they had their hopes on. But we must remember, it is not Appliance Canada, nor Randy's fault. I highly recommend Randy and the team at Appliance Canada London.

Purchased a new fridge and dishwasher here. Randy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and sincere. Rebecca and the other staff were super responsive and helpful as well. I will be going here again when in need of appliances.

The prices are very good, the service was fairly good, the delivery took longer than they had promised and the dishwasher and Washer and Dryer didn't come with everything we needed. I would have appreciated a bit more information when talking to the salesperson. We are very happy with the Bosch dishwasher and Maytag washing machine and dryer. Our KitchenAid fridge broke and I went here to get a new one with same or next day delivery and they couldn't accommodate so we ended up buying a new Samsung Fridge from Lowe's who could. The prices at Lowe's are more but the delivery service was definitely better at Lowe's. Appliance Canada are always on my short list when I go shopping for appliances due to their excellent prices.
