Rachal and dusty are extremely knowledgeable about all things brewing! these lovely folks have been known to personally advise and help out with their customers projects, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND with their level of customer service! they host super fun and informative wine/beer tastings (complete with food pairings) which i highly recommend! they test out every product they carry in store in order to give their personal opinions/recommendations to customers. these people love what they do, and it reflects in their business! would give more stars if i could!!

If you're looking for supplies to get into making wine or brewing beer I highly suggest you start here. Not only do they have all the supplies you need but they also have tons of knowledge and answer any questions you might run into along the way. On top of all that the prices were very reasonable. Great customer service and I highly suggest you check it out!
I have shopped exclusively for my brewing supplies at border brewers for the past couple years! Since finding them we have never went elsewhere. Rachal is always extremely helpful and can answer any brewing question we have. They are able to order the highest quality brewing items and we have made some DELICIOUS beer! The staff at border brewers have been incredibly helpful with getting me started. Being New to the concept the were extremely knowledgable, friendly and affordable. They have great selection and helpful friendly service. I've personally recommended them to friends and will continue to give them my business.
The lady was very rude. She did not like a negative review on a product after I had issues. I checked online and the reviews and recommendations were poor and not to use. let her know and her only response was it's the best out there. they have the supplies but will be purchasing what I need elsewhere from now on.
The owners are fantastic! Rachal is very knowledgeable on all the product and can answer any question you have. Very friendly to deal with and great selection in store. They helped me make the wine for my wedding and being a novice, I'm so glad they were there to help with the whole thing! Highly reccomend border brewers for great service and expertise.
I try to make a point of stopping in whenever I'm in the Lloydminster area. They carry a high quality selection and if they don't have it, they'll do their best to get it in for you. Always friendly service, and super knowledgable about every step of the brewing process!
