Recently moved to Toronto. Needed a lab work followup. Nearby downtown Lifelab offices were closed due to Covid. Can't imagine how hectic those labs that were left open must be , especially with walk ins. Fortunately during a visit to Port Colborne, I found your lab accepted walk ins. The person attending Covid screening at the sliding door was both friendly & professional along with the front desk personnel. The tech ( Pamela I believe ) was a gem. Damn, didn't feel the pick at all. Great work Port.

Like the service and the staff. Would prefer Lifelabs have additional phone numbers for individual labs, had to be on hold way to long to get simple information from the 1-877 number. Just wanted to make sure the Port Colborne lab got the doctor request before going for appt.

I get bloodwork done every week & the ladies are great. They are friendly & efficient. I hardly feel the needle & I'm in & out within minutes. No one likes getting bloodwork done, but if you need too l highly recommend going to Port Colborne Lifelabs.

Lol.. half hour to close, the receptionist and the nurse who took my blood were outside smoking, with 3 patients waiting inside. Really?
