I waited 2.5 hours today. They are very busy and doing their best to keep up. Here are my recommendations for you, so that you can avoid such a long wait. If you are a walk-in like me, download the LifeLabs App and use the Save My Spot feature. You will still have a wait when you get there after the initial check-in, but you will be spared waiting in the giant line outside. If you made an appointment, just hang out near the door (not in the outdoor line) and they will periodically call in all those with appointments. They seemed to be running a little behind, but not too much and the appointments get priority over everyone else. Hopefully this helps you next time you need to get some lab work done!

Currently seems to be the fastest service in the local area. I've gone there twice lately instead of going to either of the locations closer to my home in Abbotsford- even with the drive both ways, it still took less time than my last visit to the closest location to my home! I used the "check me in" service for my last Abbotsford visit & still waited in the sun next to blacktop for 45 minutes, but the drive to Aldergrove was longer than the estimated wait time when I checked the site so I didn't bother (my actual wait time in Aldergrove was 5 minutes or less for both visits.)

Disgruntled front desk employees who have uneccesary attitude. The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. Eww! The front staff in my opinion should not be responsible for cleaning so I am guessing their boss is giving them too much work. I will not be going back and recommend driving further away. I have never given Life Labs a bad review before but both my husband and I felt it was deserved.

Staff was so sweet and recognized I had a 2 hour wait for my glucose test and made it a very comfortable wait by allowing me in a private room with a bed. I was so grateful.

I was pleased with efficient service. The appointment system worked well fir me considering it is a very busy clinic. Friendly staff & much better parking in this new location.
