Set up an appointment for another location which (with very little warning) had to close down for the rest of the day, therefore cancelling my appointment. I was referred via voicemail (25 mins before my appointment) to travel to the Beverley corners location instead. By the time I got there it was 15:50 (because you know, people do work) and the doors were locked, I politely knocked on the door (at this point I merely wanted to ask if I should make another appointment since there was obviously no way they were going to help me out, that would just be silly). The people inside made eye contact with me through the door and continued to go about their business while ignoring me. If its 10 minutes before you close then you're NOT closed, you should not be locking the door that early. Now I have to find time to repeat this process and just hope that they will be in slightly more of a helping mood. I'm quite disappointed.

Great LifeLabs location. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and so I don't even book appointments anymore. The staff are friendly and professional. LifeLabs is just fantastic because the results of your tests are posted so quickly, I can always see my results posted online the same day or the next day - guaranteed. In addition, this location is always kept impeccably clean and tidy.

The only 2 signs outside the lab are both 6 inches x 12 inches with no storefront, you go thru a hall to go upstairs for the lab. Extremely hard to find! They could do much better.
