I had an exceptional experience at life lab location in Orangeville ( 95 First street) recently. I have gone there many times in the past and staff are nice in general. However I had a different situation where I needed to draw blood for a third party private lab in US so that it can be sent overnight by FedEx. It was a bit complicated and I can't express my appreciation for staff Danielle for helping me to find my way out to get this done even though this location would not do the 'dry ice' draw for me. She has gone above and beyond to help me by faxing the documents to another location and later called me to inform me what needed to be done. I am in owe for this kind of customer care and I knew she was not getting anything extra but she just cared! Thank you Danielle! We need more people like you everywhere.

Booked an appt online for bloodwork Jun 2020. Easy process. Upon arrival, they took me in on time as per my scheduled appt. I was able to email my requisition when I got there which was a bonus. The nurse who took my blood was extremely wonderful. Probably the best I've experienced at a Lifelabs clinic. No bruising afterwards either. She was patient, careful, thorough, and friendly. Keep up the good work!
