I couldn’t even find the place. I had an appointment at 8, nowhere in midtown so I went to the google maps location and it was just an empty building. Location is NOT on their website and they have NO PHONE NUMBER. I ended up going to market mall which I give 5 full stars their amazing there.

My wife went to get blood work done here. While getting blood taken she passed out. So, they continued to drain blood from her with it leaking all over her arm and then continued to deny her food to balance out her blood sugars. To top it off she was berated by the staff for even asking for food or juice. this combined with the lab tech cutting her arm trying to put the needle in and it is very clear this is an extremely low quality, careless operation. To the point that this is a malpractice/negligence territory. The response from the staff is just added devastation. Never will we go there again and I highly suggest everyone find a different place to go.

Came when to do some blood tests on my lunch time. They made me wait 30 min and then told me their machine was broken so I could only pay cash. They didn't even have an E-payment option. Worst is, there is an ATM at the TCU place almost across the street. I went there to withdraw money and came back in five min and they put me through the wait again, back of the line. Had they told me in the first place this could have easily been solved without wasting an hour of both our times. That is textbook bad customer service. If you have an issue, communicate it. Otherwise you're wasting time that could be used to find a solution.
This location is NOT in the midtown mall. It is located on the corner of Pacific Avenue and 23rd street. I had to go for a lactose test, so I was fasting, it was hard for the nurse to find my vein and had to get a different nurse. Otherwise they were friendly and prompt.
Quick, clean, good service every time I've been there
I've been to this location twice now. It's located in the basement of the professional building. The parking isn't the best during the day. The ladies at the front counter are wonderful to deal with. Overall my experience was good.
