My first time here. My appointment was at 12:40 and by 12:55 I was done! The nurse/technician was so nice and quick! Didn’t feel a thing (which is a big thing for me needless to say, I am a chicken when it comes to needles). This will definitely be my go to spot for when blood work is ordered by the doc (hopefully thats not often gulp!).

There is a television monitor that displays your approximate wait time. The people are friendly enough, keeping in mind what they do all day long.

I just got my bloodwork done and the staff is incredible. They are taking appointments only due to the lockdown and waited a about 40 mins pass my appointment. Despite the line up and people waiting, I have to give it to the staff for their patience, care and compassion to people. I rate this place as a 4 because the facility is extremely small and I think they need to expand this. They opened up another room for the waiting area keeping ppl 6ft apart. It was really nice being in there today from the conversations I had with the ppl waiting. It looks like there is only 1 room for blood work, 1 room for ecg and 1 washroom so it is difficult to get multiple ppl in there and explains the long wait.

My doctor had inadvertently missed a piece of information on my requisition and the team at lifelabs was very understanding/patient. They held my appointment for over an hour while we waited to receive confirmation. I would definitely go back for my next testing! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Made an appointment for 1:20. Arrived 1:15 masked up, the line was 15 people deep. Waited 5 mins nothing was happening...so I decide to walk into the office regardless as it was now 1:20...There was no receptionist & the sign was unclear with regards to people who had BOOKED an appointment. Only to speak to one lady who's husband waited over an hour and a half & just made it around the corner. WHAT'S THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS ON HONORING THAT. Such a waste of time. Taking the time to go through their online booking system, finding a sitter to watch my kids, wasting my time & gas getting there parking just going through the whole shebang. I am annoyed & just felt like telling them all where to go. Send me an email, text, Morris Code, pigeon messenger to tell me to rebook or say hey there will be a ..... 2 hour delay etc...just some common sense. Poor people in the other offices were offended there were so many \sick\ coughing people flooding the hall. They need a new location with a waiting room to keep their patients out of the hall.
