We always go there, and even during covid they were able to look after my 2 kids with blood test, excellent service every time.

One of the most pleasant experiences with a medical lab. They were organized and the facility was very clean. The nurse who took my blood (Pilar) was very gentle and kept up a great conversation. Wonderful experience all around!

I have been trying to contact LifeLabs at 222 King St E Bowmanville via their 1-866 number, daily for over one week now. I keep getting a recording stating they are 'experiencing higher than normal volume of calls, try again later'. For a service so critical you would think SOMEONE in the span of a one week time frame would be able to answer the phone.

What is going on with lifelabs!!??! I've been calling for weeks and I keep getting the higher than normal call volume automated mesaage. Even for oshawa its the same thing. I dont belive that many people are calling every single day. What the hell is wrong with the number?

The nurse who tended to me was so friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine how hard things are on them right now. Constant lines and never stopping. Being in close contact with people during covid. The front line workers need our support and patience. I’ve heard of people getting upset because of having to wait longer then they thought but we should put ourselves in their shoes. Thanks to all the healthcare workers!!!

Turn at George st north. George st is east of Liberty St. Lifelabs is on the east side . Go down stairs and down hall way. When you enter there is a red tape on floor, stand behind it until called, have your paper and health card ready, they will temporially keep health card. They will call you by name and tell you what numbered room to wait in . After procedures are concluded they will give your health card back. It is ok for you to leave without checking out at reception. Get a parking exit code at machine ,inside west area ,south of pharmacy. Scan it at exit. Sometimes parking is free on weekends. Doctor Irish referred me there to get blood tested because of high blood pressure . They are very organized there and congenial . If you have a health concern I hope it improves.

I had to bring my 4 year old in for blood work and he had two nurses that were amazing they litterally are exactly what I was hoping for since it was his first time and I thought it was going to be so tramatic for him but it was complete opposite he only cried a little and more as we drove home but the way they got to his level talked to him and just were so patient made a huge difference I would definitely go back to get blood done
