I have been here several times since finding out I am pregnant for various bloodwork and tests and everyone is always polite and friendly. I am always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment and everything is always clean and ready to go.

Pre-booked online couple weeks before, got my appointment first thing in the morning. Few people already in line, but the check-in moved pretty quickly. Since I'm on time for my appointment, they called me almost immediately. The lady was very nice & friendly, explained every step of the way, as I was there for multiple tests. All done in approximately 20 min. Very pleasant experience!
This location is pretty good if you go early morning. I’ve never made a booking and been serviced within half an hour (usually faster).

Bad experience here. They do not honour appointment bookings, and the staff do not own up to their mistakes they just make excuses. Would recommend going to any other lifelabs.

I had a decent experience here. It's busy, the elevator is slow (because it's a busy building), and there's usually a lineup. However, staff were good at filtering walk-ins from patients with appointments and who checked in online. Fast and efficient when you finally get in the door.
Very disorganized. I have been to this LifeLab location a few time and always need to wait even with appointment. I waited half an hour with appointment and over one hour with "save my spot" I don't recommend this lab since there are so many people waiting that most people need to wait in the corridor which is not the safest place during a pandemic. I am using another lab now and they take you in almost immediately with appointment.
