The time of my appointment, the guy didn't know my name. I explained my breathing got worse due to poor ventilation in my apartment. There was cigarette smoke odor in my apartment. I am a non smoker. When I apologized for complaining to him, his comment was about seey a psychiatrist. The apnea monitor which was given to me to use for a couple of days, did not work. The door had to be taped to hold batteries in. I called today to let them know I was unable to return item because both elevators were not working and I couldn't manage stairs, I live on a higher level in the block. The response I received was the worker laughed.

Very thorough and productive first visit. Each avenue was given sufficent emphasis, and a plan for a resoultion was set forth. Questions were treated thoroughly and a solution to each one was responded to in a timely manner. Thank you D H
