Today the team at Alpenland really outdid themselves. They went way above a the call of duty to ensure our son had a replacement set of skis to finish out his ski season. He broke his skis last weekend in a pretty good wipe out and was really bummed to miss his last few weeks. Today I went to pick up some rentals and instead they had a new set of skis and got them all set up so he can ski with his team tomorrow. Customer service is way beyond, gear is fantastic and it’s clear that everyone cares. A special thank you to Steve and the great guy who had taken care of us in rentals. Thanks for everything! Great experience, Adam took me through the bike, explained everything you needed to know to get started and made it all super easy. Took a walk to decide if I wanted to buy the bike new or get a used one, and the benefits and security of a new bike were worth it. Very pleased with the purchase!
Not happy with the 100% customer service. Purchased some Bluetooth ski helmet chips, they didn’t work so I returned them, and decided to get the wired set. Alpine land wouldn’t give me my money saying its policy for store credit unless I want to talk to the manager (who isn’t there at the time of course). Hate to say it but 100% customer service is giving my my money back when something doesn’t work. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have scored 5 stars service.
Great staff good prices highly recommend. Got my board waxed and sharpened also got a board bag a few months back. Great shop to get your gear!
I live in Calgary and ordered a pair of skis from Alpenland that were sold out in most stores across Canada (I was lucky they had a pair!). The staff (especially Steven who I believe is the manager) were extremely accommodating and even found a way to express mail the skis to my front door in less than 48 hours so I could have them ready to go for the weekend. Outstanding service!
