Let me be clear, I love this store, the staff are very helpful, they care about the customer and their experience, Their staff have the knowledge needed to help you with anything you could think of.., they service kayaks even if you didn't purchase it from them. Their selection is top notch on paddles, kayaks, carts, rooftop kayak acessories, optics, bird feeders ,gifts... Great shop, was just there two days ago. Eric and Jeff are great.

The sunset paddle followed by a steak dinner was fantastic. The operators proceed some on water instruction that helped my 12 year old improve his paddle skills. They Lake Erie was also very cooperative with us as we couldn't have handled significant waves with our recreational kayaks. The dinner was awesome with filet mignon and twice baked potatoes. The Outfitters part of the business is also outstanding. We bought out kayaks with very little knowledge or experience. Out on the water during the paddle they let us try their carbon and fibreglass paddles. This showed us how we can start improving our own kits. We will be back!

Ordered some Leica trinovid 10x42 binoculars from Pelee wings. After a lot of research found that they had the best price. Great communication via text. Friendly and helpful/knowledgeable! The binoculars were out of stock but were shipped quickly once they were in stock. Binoculars arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Excellent service and price. Will buy from them again and definitely recommended!!

Awesome store. The service was fantastic, everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. They let me try out a bunch of different Kayaks in the water so I would know which was the right one for me. They gave a lot of great advice and tips when it comes to kayaking. It didn't matter how busy they were, I always felt like I was being well taken care of by all of their staff. Once I found the right kayak for me the staff were very informative when it came to finding me the right paddle based on my height, stroking technique, and the kayak I chose. Afterwards, I enjoyed myself at one of their picnic tables, enjoying the beautiful view and eating some really good food. Overall I had an absolutely amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member. After coming here, I dont think I could ever go anywhere else. This place and these people are absolutely amazing.
