My usual service company tried to tell me that my furnace was not repairable because the part I needed was not available for purchase -- no one made the part. I knew this was false, and DH&C sourced it quickly, and had my furnace up and running really quickly. They were customer-focused and professional through the entire interaction. Saved me 4k.
