Purchased my shiny new Harley Davidson Sport Glide from them about a month ago. Joé gave me a very competitive price and answered all my questions about their service and the bike itself. I get greeted with a very warm hello on every occasion and the staff is extremely helpful. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

We recently purchased a bike from Prémont Harley-Davidson Laval & are throughly impressed with the customer care from walking in to look at bikes, to finalizing our transaction with having the bike delivered. Customer care like that in this day & age is unheard of, but their team goes above & beyond; A huge thank you to Joé & the team. If you’re in the market for a Harley, make your way to Prémont Harley-Davidson Laval you will not be disappointed.

never bring your bike to Prémont Harley-Davidson for Warranty work... I brought my bike in for a transmission issue on the 20th of June and only got it back on the 24th of August!!! they never called with any kind of explanation, I had to call myself to find out what was going on and even then they wouldn't offer any kind of update. Once the bike was finally ready they tried to charge me 200 for spark plugs!!!!!! they said that the spark plugs needed to be changed and they're not covered by warranty.... Why the world would spark plugs need to be changed for a transmission issue??? and why in the WORLD would it cost 200 !!!!!! I refused the 200 invoice for the two spark plugs and the service clerk had the nerve to try and get me to sign a document saying that by refusing the spark plugs it voids my warranty for any future work... Needless to say he did not get his signature and I left with my bike. Untrustworthy crooks
