Worst thrifting experience recently, I have been a longtime Renaissance shopper, and they were super nice. I have a medical condition where I cannot put on a mask, I have a doctors note to prove it, so I called this store and spoke to Yanette, and she told me she was in charge and said it was okay to enter as long as I presented my doctors note. I arrive, the girl at the door goes to ask a manager, she tells me I'm allowed in. Then a random worker asks to see my doctors note, says that it's not valid (who are you to tell me it's not valid when you work in a retail store and are clearly not a doctor???) and goes to bring out a man whose name I forgot, but he is bald, basically came out and told me I had COVID (when I clearly did not, and again- who are you to tell me I have coronavirus when you are not a doctor....?!) and he cannot let me into the store... it was the worst and most embarrassing experience. Especially since the by-law of Quebec states that third parties cannot not let someone in due to a medical condition.

This is great, when they say getting a second chance at life they really mean it when it comes to this place. You can find everything literally everything in this store for almost pennies. You cannot beat this store.

All thrift stores are hit and miss, but if you find something here, the price will be fantastic! It's a new location, bright, clean and well organized. Great corporate culture too.
