Took an chance and order their Mother’s Day Designer Bouquet which was not pictured on their website. I order during the 2020 quarantine on Friday morning and the bouquet arrived late Saturday afternoon. They're very beautiful!! Surpass my expectations. There was one damage stem but my mom can live with that. My mom was also very pleased as she was not expecting anything because of the quarantine. The courier followed instructions and respected social distancing rules.

They delivered a beautiful flower arrangement and I ordered on line from Alberta to my cousin in Langley. Great delivery and she said it was beautiful
One of the worst experiences I've had in dealing with a business. False advertising regarding delivery time, confusion with delivery, lack of professionalism by the driver and excuses. I purchased a bouquet and balloon for my girlfriend for valentines day. The website advertises, with a countdown timer, how long you have to order for same-day delivery. I had about 2.5 hours left to order, so I did. After waiting until about 6PM that day, I was called and told that they wouldn't be able to make the delivery that day as they \had orders booked since January\. Why advertise same day delivery if you're not going to honor it and make excuses? The agent then told me he'd personally deliver them at 10AM first thing next day, before any of the drivers arrived. I agreed. Next day came around, and I waited until 11:45 as the flowers were not yet delivered. To preface this, I called THREE times with exact instructions on how to get to the location as it is a bit confusing and wanted to avoid the confusion that ended up happening. A delivery driver then rolled around to the workplace of my girlfriend (which google states is only a 5 minute drive from Langley Flowers) around 12PM after calling her multiple times lost. Once she arrived, cigarette in mouth rambling on about how \she cant smoke in the car because of the flowers\, she hands my girlfriend the flowers and drives off. Not done yet. I ask if she liked the balloon, what balloon she says? The driver on-top of being late and unprofessional, didn't even deliver the complete order. I call Langley Flowers back, to ask what happened with the balloon and was met with an apology, an excuse of how she was \probably flustered because she was trying to find the place\ and a refund for the balloon. Really? The excuses if anything are what triggered this horrible review. Trust me, choose a different florist.
