I stopped here passing through on a bike trip to the north shore. Just popped in to look around. It was super awesome! Amazing and helpful staff that went way above and beyond. Good selection of soft goods is always nice too !! Highly recommend

Staff were extremely helpful. Showed us bikes that worked best for our kids and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a bike. Exceptional pricing as well.

The corp company FSA corporate office was no use to me with a replacement part. Velocity again comes to the rescue again. Best service I have ever had from a bike shop. always knowledge able and aways gets things fixed other could do.

The Best!!! Very satisfied with Travis & Nick for the service. Very friendly, and very good deal for parts and tuned up & also very fast - it only took one day for tuning up, not like other shops - 2 weeks. Very highly recommended!
