From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them. At the end, Chris took the time to show them how to use and program their new thermostat, and then wrote down the instructions, which is a huge help. I would highly recommend Phoenix HVAC, it was an excellent installation at a great price.

So happy hired Chris for my mini-split install. He is really friendly, fully certified (red-seal), professional and super knowledgeable. I had some specific requires for where he could run lines and drilling locations which he had no issues working with. His install was very clean and organized and was able to work around my delayed timelines too. He also worked on another project fixing a commercial hvac unit that a different company couldn’t figure out and had diagnosed incorrectly. He was able to come take a look and in 20 mins after methodical working through it found the issue and had it fixed. Saving us major cost and issues with the tenant.
We used Phoenix HVAC to install ductless mini splits and a tankless hot water heater. We were super happy with the entire process, from Chris contacting us to set up an appointment, to the final installation. Very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very easy to reach - he answered all my emails in a super timely manner. Overall, we were very happy with the final product, and it was at a great price, too!
