This was initially going to be a 1 star review. However Jordan and Eddie saved it. Misinformation was given to me regarding dropping off my bike to get tubeless tires installed. I was told to drop off on a Friday by the manager over the phone. When I showed up he gestured to the unlit shop, which he then explained \well the shops closed today\. He told me to come back Sunday and that it would take at least a day for a tubeless install. No problem. Return Sunday at 1pm and Jordan who was manning the front end told me oh yeah we can do it but we're closed Monday so you won't have it until Wednesday. Finally Eddie the mechanic actually looked at my bike and we found out my wheels aren't actually tubeless compatible. I was about to walk away from the whole thing with the amount of misinformation and back and forth just to get my tires installed. Eddie said since its not tubeless they could have it done in an hour. Jordan kindly hooked my bike up, installed my tires and I had it back quickly. Basically it depends who you get here, Jordan was a star with his customer service (especially being on his own and the phone ringing off the hook). Eddie was courteous and understanding of the frustration I was having and took the time to explain things thoroughly without any condescension regarding the tubeless compatibility issue.

Bsp is a great bike shop. They are very helpful in any and all circumstances. If you need or want something that they don't have... they 'll order it in for you. I've purchased more than 8 bikes at bsp from full suspension to cyclocross to road bikes and even a few children's bikes. Any matience that was ever needed or wanted were dealt with fast and efficiently . Very nice and knowledgeable staff and always happy to help . If your thinking about buying a bike... make sure to at least have a look at bsp first. You 'll be happy you did.

I really like this bike shop. People who work here know their bikes. Awesome service and good selections of bikes. One of the things I like here is that the owner helps out on the floor and takes pride in the business unlike other bike stores. Prices here are good. With bikes, over years of riding, you get what you pay for. Spend a good amount on a bike. They have some awesome selections, they have multiple locations and their knowledge/customer service is top notch. Anyone who wants a bike should go here. They are awesome...!!!!

Fantastic website with tons of reviews on bikes which really helps you get a feel for the pros and cons of a product. However in my four interactions customer service has been pretty poor. First time I called I was left on hold for 18min with no requests to continue holding so I eventually hung up. The two other times I called (during business hours) no one answered. The one time I tried to go in person I couldn't even get inside after driving 1/2hr to get there due to some, in my opinion, excessive flu precautions. I was keen to check out some Trek bikes, but this has been the least accessible store of any I have dealt with in my extensive search. All of these interactions are with the Langley location.

A month or so my bike was stolen -- a big loss as we had had years of pleasant experiences together. I had purchased it at BSP Langley, and as they had provided excellent service, I went back. Things hadn't changed. Daniel, the manager, listened to me as I explained my situation -- I had done some research online and was torn between a hybrid and a mountain bike -- and then offered a lot of good information and advice. He gave me his time. I mulled it over for a week or two, went to another bike shop, then back to BSP, still undecided. Daniel and Jordan answered more questions and finally the fog disappeared and I settled on a Trek Dualsport2. It was an excellent choice, and so far it has exceeded expectations. But the level of service at BSP also exceeded expectations. I could not have asked for better. They both gave of their time, were patient, and didn't try to upsell me. So, five stars from me. Thanks Daniel and Jordan!
