I never leave reviews or do this sort of thing but I am here because Kyle was the best customer service I've experienced yet period. My whole experience buying a bike, thanks to him, was top notch and unbeatable. I live in Vancouver but through months of searching for the perfect bike wound up in contact with Kyle way out (for me) in Langley - if I were you I'd skip all other dealerships and just ask for him and make the trip - he'll go to bat for you, and you can trust him. Even though I had also been dealing with at least 4 other dealerships through multiple visits there was no contest. Kyle made sure I got my dream bike and I actually wouldn't have gotten it without him - it's a long story but he went over and above for me. He's a Harley sales guy but it felt more like he was a great friend helping me get the perfect ride. Walked away feeling like a king, learned a ton from his endless experience, stories and knowledge of riding, laughed a ton too, and full on it all made me a Harley rider as a result. Much appreciated to the whole staff - everyone was fantastic and went the extra mile (Mike, Alison, Shay and others whose names I didn't learn, thanks as well) - very personal service - and they make it a real event when you end up buying one. Can't wait to ride this one into the ground then head back for another. Rock on!

Once again a great experience. Staff was helpful and full of info on their products. Took the brand new Electric Harley for a spin. I've never wanted to spend 30,000 more then after riding it. My gas powered motorcycle will never feel the same. The electric Harley has incredible torque and takes corners without a sweat. I strongly recommend you head down and try it out, I guarantee you've never experienced anything like it. And after you're done there's a brewery across the street so it's a win-win.
Absolutely awesome experience all the way around, not only bcuz my boyfriend bought his first new used Harley Davidson. The salesman Jason was nothing if not accommodating actually he was more then just that he actually genuinely seemed Happy and Proud for my man buying his first Harley, and I doubt it was based on a commission payout. The whole staff that I met for the visit to Barnes Harley Davidson when we put the deposit down were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and from what my boyfriend said of the trip in to pick up the bike they kinda put on a whole celebration across the entire warehouse including a bike salute (revving engines) he got to ring the bell n handshakes/congrats from nearly every employee. When i bought my first car at Don Quast Hyundai I got diddly squat, just my keys...sigh) so happy for my man n his Harley and so thankful to all the people at Barnes for welcoming him into the family of Harley Davidson owners with a roar!
Rating is for the retail side, I’m sure the mechanics are amazing. I bought my dad a shirt for Xmas and it was a size too big, they refuse to exchange sizes even with tags and it has the Langley Harley logo on the back lol.
I am new to the \Harley\ experience and didn't know what to expect when dealing with parts and repairs. I called Barnes to get a feel for the dealership and spoke with Steven from parts. His attitude was so positive and supportive as he answered all of my questions without hesitation. Based on this initial contact I have now had all of my servicing done at Barnes. The employees I have met from the merchandising and servicing departments have been terrific. Jewel and Matthew to name drop! Also had great communications with 2 of their technicians, Craig and Andrew. Top notch people working at this dealership! Thank you, Richard
