Was hung up on twice while on the phone with the same individual at this office. The email message submitted through their website was never returned. Had to physically go to the office during covid for a basic simple inquiry. Typical effortless government office. Very disappointing.

I tried to get the official land registry information for my home. It would not accept my credit cards or debit card information. Just wasted my time a few times before I gave up
Why does it cost 30 just to know IF there is a property survey on file? I would gladly pay for one if there is but this is very frustrating. It is also frustrating that they cannot just tell me over the phone whether or not there is one for my house before I drive downtown.
the security is required in this location as it also the Supreme Court House. If you have issues with security this is NOT the place to go as it courthouse and crawling with police officers. Then one needs to questions the reasons for not wanting security. Nice building and well maintained.
