Was waiting for a package to arrive. Did not have the tracking number, didn't think to get it, because it was through a reputable company. Realized the package should have been here by now, contacted the seller, who have me the tracking ID - package was held at the smart spot and then returned to sender??? No notice on door, no ringing the buzzer (it's connected to my cell phone, so I can't miss it), no other attempts to contact me. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Payed for 2 days shipping, got in quebec in two days. But then they labeled it has refused. called, they told me it was broken and they would send it back to the sender. Told me they couldnt contact me since they didint had my information..... Asked for prof, they had nothing. Called back 10 min later to be sure it wasent just some (human error). Got told the same thing. Next day i receive a notatification saying i would receivie my package that day. Called and got told it was probably an error and i would receive it on that day. Still waiting to receive my stuff. Also, live chat dosent work, no answer on the 10 times i tryed.
Worst worst worst , Delivery man just doesn't deliver the item on the door and leaves at main entrance of the building of 40 apartments. Although main entrance was open. Customer service is unfriendly. Why Walmart use this trashy service
Parcel sent to me on November 28 from Toronto; today is December 18 and the parcel status is delayed on Canpar's tracking site. I has been at this status for more than two weeks now! Terrible, even the sender says they are having problems with this delivery company.
They showed up 1 time out of 4 for a pick up on a day they were not even schedule. Absolute garbage service.
