My experience at Koodo was absolutely phenomenal. Deepac was so so knowledgeable. My phone was causing some issues he knew exactly how to fix it. He talked to me about my bill and I ended up saving money on my bill each month now. I highly recommend going to koodo and speaking with him. I have told others about what a great experience i had with him, and I have a few people going there to change cell phone companies now. Keep up the great work!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars but here we go. First off I would like to thank the North Ritson location for getting me hooked up with my new phone and plan today. The reason I mention this is because I came to this location first to do the same and they told me to use the self serve system and that there was nothing they could do for me. My only question to the people working at this kiosk is this; if you are going to direct customers to self serve rather than helping them then and there,what is the point of your employment? Please get a new and helpful staff at this location!

Amazing customer service! I have next to no knowledge about phones so phone shopping always makes me nervous! Heather took the time to explain to me not only my options for upgrading plans and to a new phone, but she was patient with me while I asked 100 questions about setting things up about the technology itself! Will definitely be going back to see her when it's time to upgrade again! Thanks Heather for your dedicated customer service :)

As manager of this location, I strive to provide the best experience to all of our customers, also training my reps to do the same. Although not every customer will like all the options, or in some case any of the options, we strive to ensure our customers have a positive experience. For any customer that doesn't feel that way, I am always reachable and my contact information can be found at the kiosk. In this industry, there are a lot of moving parts and sometimes in the kiosk, we don't have the means to solve all issues, but we certainly will try our best. The team here are all consumers as well, so we understand and try to be empathetic to our customers and the situations they face. However, at the end of the day, every single customer is entitled to their opinion and to their own feelings towards Koodo and this particular team. As someone who has many years with the company, I can tell you that the staff and myself are far from flawless, but we care and do our best to drive our business and build customer relationships, ethically and respectfully. I certainly am apologetic if some of our customers have faced poor service or had negative experiences. It is certainly not indicative of how hard we work to provide a personalized experience for all of our customer base.

I’ve been going to this Koodo location for years and am always amazed with the service. The staff is very helpful, and the prices are the most reasonable. The manager (Derek)always ensures customers are receiving excellent service. Sales reps Elyse, Sara, Jay, and Munib have continuously impressed me with their knowledge, honesty, and kindness. Ive tested out a variety of carriers before Koodo and have never been as satisfied with their customer service or prices.

I have to say that this location and Koodo has changed very much over the years. Lately I'm very disappointed with Koodo and this location. I can start off by saying that every time I come in for help. Such as if I have a question about my phone, I'm always rushed out to the door by the staff. I as a customer have every right to spend every minute of my time at the store for as long as I want. They used to be very friendly, respectful, patient, and sympathetic towards me. But now their focus has become to purposely brush me off and to focus on the other customers coming in. I find that to be absolutely rude, unacceptable, and disrespectful. Where is the good customer service when I need some help with my phone? I also prefer not to buy a new phone from them. Because the staff constantly pushes and pressures me in to buying stuff and a warranty I just don't want. I used to love coming to this Koodo booth but now they have changed very much since then. I was treated fairly by everyone and had my questions and concerns resolved. But they just don't seem to care about me at all. I'm very disappointed with this Koodo booth. If that's the way they treat their customers then they should be ashamed of themselves. I'm mistreated for simply being a good customer. There is no respect, patience, and sympathy towards the loyal customer anymore. It seems like they would rather have me spend money everytime I come in. Maybe their attitude towards me would change? Shame on them
