We went to Brockville Koodo on Sunday to take advantage of the black Friday sale. We were there for 45 minutes & waited while the representative called to activate the account. He was unsuccessful getting through to customer service and at 5 minutes before closing decided to hang up. We were then told to come back the next day (which we couldn't until Wednesday due to work schedules) he said no problem, if prices change I will still be able to get you the same deal when you come in Wednesday. So we arrive Wednesday, ready to switch over 2 phones from our current provider, to find out prices had gone up & there was nothing he could do for us. We are beyond frustrated, we had heard such great things about this company. Because of this experience, I would not recommend Koodo to anyone!

I joined koodo mobile in september when I moved from Ottawa to Brockville, I took plan that give 500minutes in the day and free call evenings and weekends,. The first Bill was very high 120 for plan of 60, I call their customers services, they try to explain that first Bill is always high that my next bill will be normal which is 60, come October I received a Bill of 99, I call right away as soon as I received the text message Bill. And the customer service team that I speak with said to me that I get charged more because I have used more than my 500minutes of my plan, no warning text message from komodo about minutes usages, so ask to upgrade my plan to Canada wide and all limited minutes, which they did. Come November the send bill of 189, and I call right away, the customer service team I speak with said to me that I used up 500minutes in 2 day before I call to change my plan which I not true, I work all day, what time have I got and how people I know in Canada to call that will cost me 500minutes in 2 day. komodo is a rap off company I strongly recommend people not to go with them, and if you do keep a close look at your bill.
