Lovely spot to unwind from the city. Very friendly management and the cabin was very cute and warm. Loved having coffee by the lake in the morning, weather was great!
Winter camping, so fun and so peaceful. Brought my xc skis, lots of little one taboganing, bringing my skates next time for the awesome skating rink the owners have made on the lake, husband can go ice fishing... love this place. Such cute and cozy cabins..
A nice quiet place to stay. Even though there were guests in the surrounding cabins, we didn't hear the other cabins at all. The lake is very quiet and doesn't have a lot of traffic. Great for paddlers. The customer service went over and above and we will absolutely be back year after year. One note of caution though. There is a stretch of road just outside of the gates that has runoff flowing across, it gets pretty bumpy in areas and in the rain, it gets pretty muddy and some deep water filled holes.
Rustic cabins, electricity, propane heat, comfy beds! Great place to get away from it all. Hosts are great! Very accommodating.
Knouff Lake Resort is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip on August 25 and 26, 2020. We came for my husband's 66 birthday and we stayed in the Lake Shore Cabin and had a wonderful view of the lake. Close to everything. The lake is stunning...so peaceful and listening to the loons at early morning and in the evening just makes it a little part of paradise. Can't say enough about the staff and the owners of this little gem. You can tell that they love what they do and it shows....both in the care they show to the customers as well as how they look after their resort. The best bathrooms ever! I could go on and on about how wonderful it is...we will definitely be back. I was therer in the 70's and what they have added to this lovely place is just amazing. Come and see for yourself what a lovely, rustic, peaceful and spirit lifting place this is.
Amazing little place. Beautiful lake. Nice cabins. Few hinted, don't need a boat license for the ones with electric motor, showers only take loonies. Will be back forsure
Awesome. I don’t want to say to much to take away from the countless surprises this little gem has to offer . One thing I must mention ... your camp site is with everyone in a field on the lake so no privacy ... but it’s not the worst .. you meet people and it’s nice to chat about things you both are passionate about (camping hah) - fishing , toilets , small general store, NO RECEPTION/NO WIFI , firewood available. Clean toilets was awesome . Dogs friendly .. very friendly haha
