Sent furniture with this company Feb 2020- ALL arrived in poor condition. First the staff said they found our air condition unit, then they all of a sudden couldn't but the Ac is indicated on the customs receipt. Told by Ken the owner that his driver didn't send it. Read the customs form and Judge for yourself. Currently pursuing action against the company.
