Excellent spot to shop for your beauty supplies and hair products, including hair dryers, curling irons, etc. Customer service is excellent and very safe to shop inside or have curb-side pickup during Covid-19 restrictions.

1. The staff don't have a clue about the product they sell or what's in any of it. so be careful and please read ingredients on anything or you could damage your hair or skin. 2. they only take credit cards as payment right now because of curbside. listen.. we've been dealing with this pandemic for about a year now.. if your website isnt set up for \pickup in store\ or you dont have a debit machine set up at your door and all you can do is credit card over the phone all i have to say is good luck to your buisines.. if you haven't adapted by now then yikes.

We visited Sally's and felt judged and the girls there were not very helpful. Uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. They could have at least been friendly.

Max 5 customers due to covid. Cool. Turns out I’m waiting outside because a family of 4 can’t figure out what they want. How do you need all 4 of you? One adult, maybe the kid who is choosing something, the others wait outside. Even when there’s a line outside the staff do not suggest this. I need a product I can’t get elsewhere. I have to say “hello!” to the crowd of 4 people and 2 staff members all waffling over something. Turns out they have none of the 4 brands of the product available. Normally I have 3 staff members insisting on helping me, after saying “no thank you, I’ll ask if I need”, and telling me how to dye my hair (I have NEVER got the desire results by following their directions). There are now 7 customers in the store. Gave up on purchasing hair dye, because family of 4 is still waffling over things at the checkout. You’re checking out. This does not require 4 people. The weather is lovely, you can see through the window, go outside. Give your staff some power to take care of their own safety.
