Came in 30 min after my call ( when I realized my furnace wasn't working), gave me options of repairing my old furnace vs getting a new unit Price was right even before he told me about rebates. Took his time to explain every question I had. After all the quality of his work made my utility room look much better in terms of how neat and tidy everything is in place.
