I had an awful experience here today! The one young lady working was really lovely I sadly didn't catch her name but she was blonde, and she was very nice and helped me to find some bubble bath. HOWEVER these two other ladies were completely awful at delivering good customer service. They were trying to upsell me a lotion that goes with it, which is fine but when I said that not today but I'll think about it they kept pushing me. I get that they were trying to upsell but it went too far when they were saying it wasn't that to much money, as if that was my worry which is rather insulting. I still politely declined, and then they tried to force the young lady who helped me into scanning the lotion in my transaction anyways. I actually had a little anxiety attack after that whole ordeal. This was my first experience shopping in the store too, I feel I won't be a returning customer even though I was pratically forced to also become a rewards memeber.

As of yesterday, I bought all this fancy stuff from Laline. Their products are awesome. I tried samples there and loved their fragrance. Especially during this harsh winter their hand cream magically made my hands so soft. Irina was very helpful and kind. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and made me make the best decision. There was another girl who was very helpful as well (don’t remember her name though .. blonde with cool tattoos) I am satisfied with spent at laline ‼️
My mom and I visited the store on Friday a few weeks ago and the young staffer was soooo helpful. She informed us about the company, promotions and was incredibly personable. She encouraged us to try the scrubs in their sink. It was such a lovely retail experience. The manager should be really proud of and recognize this staff member. We can’t wait to come back.
I went there since the store opened. The store manager Kyle is amazing. He's very knowledgable and very friendly. His sales skills are excellent. He is very hard working and very humble. I have since brought over many of my friends and coworkers as we also work in the mall to go try and buy their products simply based on the excellent experience I received by Kyle. We will all definitely be coming back and I will continue to refer clients over to the store
