I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasn't sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I highly recommend this place for a repair to a high quality shoes.!

My blundstones had a 2 inch hole that needed fixing after wearing them daily for 2 years. The repair is great, he also steam cleaned them and brought them back to a fresh new look without affecting the overall distressed look of the boot (they’re the rustic brown boot). I haven’t had to repair shoes before so can’t speak to value but quality is great! Will definitely be back if I need future shoe repairs.
Such great service! I only took my boots in to be re-heeled but they were handed back to me like a new pair of boots. I was super impressed and they were ready the same day too.! Will be back for sure :)
Brought in a pair of well loved wing tips. They made them look brand new, was very impressed.
Our old favourite shoes and boots look brand new. The new soles on our old boots are of better quality now, then when we first bought them. Now we are looking forward to buying more to add to our selection instead of buying to replace.
So happy to have found them again. Took Steve’s boots right away and had them the soles redone within the hour. Friendly, professional and great workmanship. Highly recommend them and you don’t have to go near the mall any more!
