Used to be my family doctor for 10 years, until I finally lost it and switched to another clinic. The old blonde secretary is rude and lacks basic customer service skills, and the rest are not much better. Most of the time they will have you see a Nurse instead of a doctor. On more than one occasion I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, so do yourself a favour and don't try to do a quick mid-day visit on your lunch break, cause it won't work out.
