I had been looking to replace our 19 years old builder-grade furnace in my house. Shopped around with some leading service providers in the KW region. Infinity came up with an incredible plan and deal. Installation was clean, smooth & on time as agreed. Overall excellent service and experience and I am very happy with my new furnace installation. I would recommend Infiniti to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Wonderful company!! Our furnace went on us in a desperate state we called around KW. Their reasonable and affordable pricing ( for the EXACT same products as big companies) as well as their compassion and honesty made our decision. During negotiation a call was made to an associate to bring a heater ( big company told us to go buy a block heater from a hardware store ) Open and honest answers to questions we had to questions after reading reviews. Staff was extremely polite and professional in our home. I would like to add that when big company heard of our decision to go with Infiniti scare tactics were used to traumatize an already traumatic experience of no heat in winter. To the representative of competition, Infiniti IS listed on Carrier's website - if you are reading this SHAME on you!!

I had some heating issues. Alex came the morning after I called him. We discussed solutions and came up with a plan. The next day we had a new furnace installed, a new cold air return and relocated a new thermostat. Thanks Infiniti for getting this done so quickly!! In the past, I had a water heater go and flooded my basement. Alex was there early in the morning and I had a new water heater by noon. Incredible service. That’s why I only use Infiniti.
