I have received excellent service, very considerate staff. I drove over my glasses with my Car by accident and the lenses did not break or even scratch, the staff found another frames for my glasses within 1 hour, Absolutely Great Service. A VERY BIG THANK YOU. George Sutherland

I have been there to look for frames as another customer said on this thread attitude need to be kept at home, I was trying to open the door, one staff saw me she didn’t even shown there is a sticker on the door she was staring at me and was acting like busy. I have called the number after finding it on the door and the staff who picked up the phone said they will only allow customers with an appointment. They are full for the day and I can see there are barely 2 people inside. They acts like they are the only ones in town who sells glasses. Never going back for anything again to these guys. Very bad experience. There is another nice place in the Kitchener Fairway mall called Lens crafters, nice selection and better customer service experience.

Our whole experience has not been great the level of customer service very poor, cold and rude attendant. I would not recommend coming here. attitudes needs to be left at home, not at work. Felt like we were an inconvenience. Negative Zero stars is not an option

Never visited this branch before today, but I needed a nose pad replaced quickly. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great job . I will be considering this branch in the near future for new glasses.
